– Adaptable to many different frames and can be ordered in any size up to 600×800 mm.

– With LPKF G6080-lase there is no need of post treatment. The energy consumption is therefore less than 1% compared to etch stencils!

– Can be produced in any thickness. 100, 127, 150 and 200 um, we have in stock.

We supply stencils to customers with demanding applications, where for ex. QFP04 and QFN04 are included, with good results. Therefore, we can emphatically say that our stencils are of high quality. They are adapted to customer needs and preferences.

We have the expertise and understand customers’ different requirements. Some customers do all adjustments themselves, but often they let us take care of it. We want to have a close relationship with the customer and get feedback about our work. Then we can ensure that our stencils have the high quality we say.

Most stencils, incl. adaptation of Zelflex frame, costs 1670 SEK plus shipping. Stencils less than 400×600 mm costs 1250 SEK. Pre-prototype stencil, 200 mm x 300 mm, costs 630 SEK. Express statement (24 h) at no extra charge.

SURFACE MOUNTING KIT

For easy application of solder paste with laser-cut stencil 250 × 360 mm. Locating pins center the circuit board and stencil together. Link to video.

The kit contains:

A 5 mm FR4 board with pre-drilled holes for pins. The board measures 250×360 mm.
Rulers to equalize the pressure on the stencil
Pins and a squeegee
